Buying and selling rules
Please read these rules carefully before placing an order.
1. General provisions
1.1. These rules regulate the terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop www.medelino.lt .
1.2. Seller: Ričardas Mažeika , individual activity certificate no. 1443279 .
1.3. Buyer – a person purchasing goods from an e-store.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to change these rules at any time, but the conditions in force at that time apply only to existing orders.
2. Placing an order
2.1. The buyer selects goods from the assortment presented on the website.
2.2. The order is considered submitted when the Buyer fills in all the information and clicks the "Confirm order" button.
2.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Product prices
3.1. All prices are in euros (EUR) , including applicable VAT (if applicable).
3.2. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order.
3.3. Delivery costs are provided before the order is confirmed.
4. Payment methods
4.1. The Buyer may pay:
4.1.1. By electronic banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas)
4.1.2. Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard).
4.2. Payments are only possible in euros (EUR) .
4.3. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
5. Delivery
5.1. The goods are delivered to the selected parcel machine.
5.2. Delivery times are indicated for each product.
5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or postal services.
6. Return Policy
6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, by informing about this by e-mail medelino.shop@gmail.com .
6.2. Returned goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
6.3. The buyer is responsible for the return costs, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
6.4. Refunds are made within 14 days of confirmation of the refund.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. The Buyer's personal data is collected and processed only for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
7.2. Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .
8. Final provisions
8.1. All disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
