RETURN POLICY

1. Right to withdraw from the contract
   1.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement without any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
   1.2. In order to exercise this right, the Buyer must submit a clear statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail to medelino.shop@gmail.com or in writing.

2. Condition of the returned item
   2.1. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, clean, with all original labels and packaging (if applicable).
   2.2. Goods that have been worn, washed, damaged or otherwise altered are not accepted.

3. Items that cannot be returned
   3.1. For hygiene reasons, the following items are not refundable: underwear, earrings and other piercing accessories, cosmetics, and other individually ordered goods.

4. Return procedure
   4.1. After notification of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 14 days.
   4.2. The return costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Refund
   5.1. The Seller shall refund the full amount paid within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent.
   5.2. Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints procedure
   6.1. If the product is defective or does not comply with the order, the Buyer must inform the Seller without delay and within 14 days of receipt of the product by e-mail medelino.shop@gmail.com.
   6.2. The Seller undertakes to resolve the problem as soon as possible by offering a replacement, repair or refund.
